The ingredients needed to prepare Sage Encrusted Pork Chops:

  1. You need 8 small of boneless pork chops, trimmed, rinsed and patted dry.
  2. Provide 1/4 tsp of pork rub (I used a mixture of chili pepper, red pepper, brown sugar, garlic salt, onion powder and black pepper).
  3. You need 1/4 tsp of ground sage.
  4. Prepare 3 tbsp of teriyaki sauce.
  5. Get 2 tbsp of butter.

  1. Rub each side of pork chop with pork rub and sage. Set aside..
  2. Heat a medium skillet on the stovetop with teriyaki sauce and butter..
  3. Add 3-4 pork chops and cook 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Once done cooking, transfer to a plate lined with paper towels..
  4. Serve with your favorite sides. I served mine with fresh green beans and a teriyaki mushroom couscous. Delish!.

Mix breadcrumbs, cheese, sage and lemon peel in a pie plate or shallow bowl and set aside. Beat eggs in a medium bowl and set aside. Place flour on a plate and season with salt and pepper.
